On 4^th March 2017, peacefully at Oldfield House Residential Home, Darwen and surrounded by his loving family. Bernard aged 86 years. Beloved husband and best friend of Charlotte, much loved uncle of Martin, Susan and Jacqueline also a dear great-uncle, great-great uncle and brother-in-law. A service in St Cuthbert’s Church, Darwen on Friday 17^th March at 11 a.m. will be followed by cremation at Pleasington.
