George Whalley

On 23rd November 2020, peacefully in hospital.  George aged 84 years.  Beloved husband of Pat, much loved dad of David and Gillian, dear father-in-law of Trisha and Andy, dearly loved grandad of Mark, Andrew and Jack, treasured great-grandad of Melissa and Stephanie also a dear brother of Kathleen.  A service in St Peter’s Church, Darwen on Wednesday, 2nd December at 1 p.m. will be followed by interment at Darwen Eastern Cemetery.  Family flowers only please, but if desired donations may be sent for The East Lancashire Hospice.  c/o Ainsworth’s Funeral Service, Church Bank Street, Darwen.  BB3 3HA.  Tel 01254 873290
