On 28th January 2020, peacefully in the East Lancashire Hospice. Fortified by the Rites of Holy Mother Church. Elizabeth Irene aged 91 years. Beloved wife of the late Albert, much loved mum of Barbara, Gerard, Martin and Andrea, dear mother-in-law of Geraldine and Susan also a treasured nana and great-nana. R.I.P. Requiem Mass in St Edward’s Church, Darwen on Friday, 31st January (tomorrow) at 10 a.m. will be followed by interment at Darwen Eastern Cemetery.
