Passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her loving family.  Fortified by the Rites of Holy Mother Church. Ellen aged 94 years. Dearly loved wife of Brian, devoted mum of Christine, Geraldine and Catherine, dear mother-in-law of Michael, Paul and Tony, loving grandma of Leanne, Jaren, Laura, Aran and Callum, loving great-grandma of Ruby, Rose, Tommy, Bobby and Skye also dear sister of Irene and the late Tommy.  R.I.P.  Requiem Mass in St Joseph’s Church, Darwen on Wednesday, 4th November at 1.30 p.m. will be followed by interment at Darwen Eastern Cemetery.  Family flowers only please, but if desired donations may be sent for either Cancer Research UK or The East Lancashire Hospice.  c/o Ainsworth’s Funeral Service, Church Bank Street, Darwen.  BB3 3HA.  Tel 01254 873290
