On 18th December 2020, peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family.  Mavis aged 93 years.  Beloved wife of the late John, much loved mother of Anne and Paul, dear mother-in-law of Fernando and Julie, dearly loved grannie of Eva and Tomaso, Tanya and Alan, Elena and Dave, Alex and Ellis also a cherished gran-gran of Sebastian and Alaia.  A service in St Cuthbert’s Church, Darwen on Wednesday, 30th December at 2 p.m. will be followed by cremation at Pleasington.
