Vera May Smith

On 14th July 2021, peacefully in hospital.  Vera, aged 97 years.  Beloved wife of the late John, much loved mum of Steven and Pauline, dear mother-in-law of Ronwen and David also a dearly loved granny of Rhian.  A service in St Cuthbert’s Church, Darwen on Tuesday, 27th July at 11 a.m. will be followed by cremation at Pleasington.  No flowers please by request, but if desired donations may be sent for Dementia UK.  c/o Ainsworth’s Funeral Service, Church Bank Street, Darwen.  BB3 3HA.  Tel 01254 873290
